The Windage is a new product that allows you to get an incredibly accurate judge of wind direction and speed. Designed to replace the "grass toss" the Windage is about the size of a golf ball and contains an extremely light, environmentally freindly powder. When released with a gentle squeeze, a cloud is emitted that travels the currents of the wind with virutally no effect from gravity. Since gravity immediately affects grass, it is very difficult to get a true reading of air currents, especially in light wind.
As the cloud floats through the air, you will observe any swirling currents that may affect ball flight further above the ground than by tossing grass. You will get a more accurate wind reading where the ball spends more of its time in flight! Since the powder in Windage has consistent weight and moisture content, unlike grass, its continued use will help the mind make a connection between the movement of the air, and the resulting ball flight.
The Windage is also a quick and simple ball marker. Simply give a slight squeeze with the nozzle behind the ball, and the poweder will leave a perfect ball mark that won't interrupt any one else's roll.
